1. Tie a plastic bag one handed. 

2. Orient bag with handles lined up.

3R. Right handed: Rotate hand CCW (basically an awkward palm side up) and pass pinky through the first handle nearest self, then index through the second handle.  When you twist your hand CW back to normal everything is lined up to make the knot.  

3L. Left handed: Rotate hand CW (basically an awkward palm side up) and pass pinky through the first handle nearest self, then index through the second handle.  When you twist your hand CCW back to normal everything is lined up to make the knot.

4. Find the opening below where the handles cross with your middle finger - pass the index finger's handle through this opening.

5. Work the knot tighter by stepping, pulling, double knotting, etc.
